Lance Bagster is a chartered professional engineer.
Lance holds numerous degrees including a Master of Business Management and a Master of Statistics and Operations Research. Lance has an extensive background in Aviation and Aerospace; having served as a military pilot and holding Commercial and Air Transport Pilots Licences for both helicopters and aeroplanes. Lance has served as an officer in both the Airforce and the Army in a range of operational, acquisition and logistics roles over many years of service. Lance is also a graduate of the Australian Technical Staff Officers Course.
Lance is a systems thinker and a complex problem solver. He is adept at distilling the essence of a problem deriving workable, efficient and effective solutions for clients in what are often complex, chaotic and critical situations.
